 Receptionist Job Description

• Speciality: Receptionist
• Location: Central London
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract Lenth: Ongoing
• Pay rates: £11-£14 Per hour
• Band 3/4
• Duties include but are not limited to:
• To formally register pre -admit and admit all patients and guarantee 100% accuracy when requesting 
• To manage and maintain the patients record for the duration of their visit
• Respond to telephone, written and face to face queries
• Ensure that all accounts are finalised promptly and further funds requested as a matter of urgency
• Manage cash transactions and the provision of appropriate receipts
• To facilitate the successful reimbursement of professional fees at the request of consultant
• To reconcile all financial transactions on a daily basis
• Manage outpatient reception and waiting areas to ensure clinics run smoothly

Requirements:

• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work
• DBS or Police Check
