Clinical Psychologist / Psychological Therapist Job Description

Location - Cardiff
Start date - ASAP
Contract length - Ongoing
Pay Rates - £35-£37 per hour
Full Time
Duties - Psycho-educational courses and group interventions in response to changing clinical needs, providing 1:1 therapy, providing guidance to managers around supporting the emotional well-being of staff, conducting small scale organisational health reviews within services and teams and working alongside colleagues from other services within the Workforce and Organisational Development function, to provide bespoke interventions to promote, support and improve the emotional well-being of staff. While some remote working is possible, the post will require attendance at face to face meetings with staff at various sites across the Health Board.

Requirements

Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology
DBS or Police Check
Registered with relevant governing body
