• South West London, UK
• Band 6/7, Full Time - Ongoing – end of academic year
• Young people aged 2 – 19 years with profound and multiple learning difficulties and sensory impairment, including deaf-blindness, physical disability, and complex medical needs.

Requirements:

• HCPC registered
• Current DBS
• 1 year post grad experience
• Valid passport/visa
