Doctor Job Description

• Speciality - Specialty Doctor Psychiatry | CAMHS  
• Location - North West England
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract Length - Permanent (12-month Fixed-Term)
• Pay Rate - £59,000 to £95,000 per annum
• This 12-month post supports an experienced CAMHS team in the North West, ideal for clinicians seeking a broad range of clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical input for CAMHS cases in community settings.
• Participate in team meetings, risk reviews, and safeguarding discussions.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled MDT under Consultant supervision.
• CESR support available for overseas applicants.

Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) specialist experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
• DBS/Police Check
• MBBS or equivalent
• GMC registration

Desirable

• MRCPsych OR MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists
