Doctor Job Description
- Speciality - Specialty Doctor Psychiatry | CAMHS
- Location - Midlands
- Start date - ASAP
- Contract Length - Permanent (12-month Fixed-Term)
- Pay Rate - £59,000 to £95,000 per annum
- We’re seeking two enthusiastic Specialty Doctors to support CAMHS services in the Midlands region. These posts are part of a growing team delivering high-quality care for children and adolescents with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team across community and specialist pathways.
- Participate in assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for children with emotional, behavioural, and developmental difficulties.
- Engage in service development activities, audits, and case discussions.
- Receive weekly supervision from a Consultant Psychiatrist, SPA time, and access to funded CPD.
- CESR support is available for overseas applicants.

Requirements
- 1-2 year(s) specialist experience
- Valid Passport/Visa
- Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
- DBS/Police Check
- MBBS or equivalent
- GMC registration
Desirable
- MRCPsych OR MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists
