Doctor Job Description

• Speciality - Trust Grade Anaesthetics 
• Location - South West England
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract Length - Permanent/Full-time
• Pay Rate - £61000 - £71000 per annum
• This post is ideal for candidates who have completed CT1/CT2 competencies and have at least 3 years of anaesthetic experience. The successful candidate will work under indirect supervision for elective cases and will join a team of 3 resident anaesthetists on-call.
• You will be supported to develop further clinical independence and encouraged to take part in teaching, audits, and departmental QI initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) specialist experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
• DBS/Police Check
• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
• GMC-registered or eligible for GMC registration with a licence to practice at time of appointment

Desirable experience

• General medical experience
• Aptitude for practical skills necessary for Anaesthesia
• Ability to apply sound clinical knowledge and judgement.
• ALS
• ACLS, APLS or ATLS.
