Doctor Job Description

• Speciality - ST3-5/ST6+ in Anaesthetics 
• Location - Manchester
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract Length - Permanent/Full-time
• Pay Rate - £61000 - £71000 per annum
• We are seeking motivated and experienced anaesthetists (minimum CT2 competencies) to join our consultant-led department as Trust Registrars. You will work across theatre, obstetrics and critical care, with increasing autonomy based on your experience.
• You will join a 1:8 full shift on-call rota, with responsibilities that include covering emergency theatres, ICU, and labour ward under consultant supervision. Candidates must be GMC-registered and confident in pre/post-op care.

Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) specialist experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
• DBS/Police Check
• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
• GMC-registered or eligible for GMC registration with a licence to practice at time of appointment

Desirable experience

• General medical experience
• Aptitude for practical skills necessary for Anaesthesia
• Ability to apply sound clinical knowledge and judgement.
• ALS
• ACLS, APLS or ATLS.
