Doctor Job Description

• Speciality - Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics (Permanent)
• Location - Birmingham
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract Length - Permanent/Full-time
• Pay Rate - £59000 - £95000 per annum
• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialty Doctor in Anaesthetics for a permanent post supporting a wide range of surgical specialties and acute care services.
• You’ll contribute to theatre sessions, ICU support, maternity anaesthesia, and the on-call rota. The post includes regular appraisal, structured job planning, and a clear pathway for CESR development.
• CESR support is available for doctors working toward GMC specialist registration.

Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) specialist experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
• DBS/Police Check
• MBBS or equivalent
• GMC-registered or eligible for GMC registration with a licence to practice at time of appointment
• 2 years minimum experience in Anaesthesia
