Doctor Job Description

• Speciality - Consultant Anaesthetist 
• Location - Birmingham
• Start date - ASAP
• Contract Length - 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
• Pay Rate - £105,000 - £139,000 per annum
• An exciting opportunity for a Locum Consultant Anaesthetist to join a flexible and forward-thinking department on a fixed-term basis. The role includes an average of 9 clinical PAs and 1 SPA, with scope to tailor sessions to your interests.
• You’ll deliver anaesthesia across a broad case mix and contribute to clinical governance, education, and service development. The department supports CPD, revalidation, and offers a strong culture of training and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 year(s) specialist experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work (we can help with this)
• DBS/Police Check
• MB ChB, MBBS or equivalent
• MRCP, FRCA or equivalent
• GMC-registered or eligible for GMC registration with a licence to practice at time of appointment
