Job Description:

• Neurology experience especially recent stroke care in the community would be of great value to our team.
• Experience of MDT approach to community stroke care in addition to specific speech and language therapy skills is required as we are involved in identifying overall stroke needs.

The role involves providing specialist stroke assessment/advice providing rehabilitation in the community and promotion of self-management

Client Requirements:

• HCPC registered
• Current CRB/DBS
• Valid visa/passport
