Occupational Therapy Job Description:

* Located in Sussex
* To start ASAP - ongoing at this stage
* Competitive Rates of pay - up to £26 per hour (Umbrella/Ltd)
* Community Based Rehab/ Intermediate Care
* Prior NHS Experience Ideal
* 18 mths' Experience as Qualified OT
* Community Based - Visiting patients in the community preventing Hospital Admissions. Maintaining and Planning Pro- Active Care Plans Working to help promote self independence.
* Car Driver Required with own vehicle
* Part Time 2-3 days per week

Client Requirements:

* HCPC registered
* Current CRB/DBS
* Valid visa/passport
* Valid Driving License
* Occupational Health Cleared
