Occupational Therapy Job Description:

* Located in West Berkshire
* Reablement Service
* 2 OTs ( Band 6 equivalent for Social Services )
* To start ASAP - 1 Year contract till March 2019!!
* Competitive Rates of pay - up to 28.00 per hour (via umbrella)
* Community Rehab or Acute experience is ideal

Client Requirements:

* HCPC registered
* Current CRB/DBS
* Valid visa/passport
* Valid Driving License
* Occupational Health Cleared
