Occupational Therapy Job Description:

• Located in West Wales
• To start ASAP – Feb
• Competitive Rates of pay - up to £30ph
• Hospital/Community based
• Managing referrals to a busy general paediatric service
• The person will be expected to offer triage assessment initially over the phone with the person who has responsibility for the child
• If needed further assessment in the appropriate setting and intervention according to their  need

Client Requirements:

• HCPC registered
• Current CRB/DBS
• Valid visa/passport
• Valid Driving License
