Job Description:

 

Department – Biomedical Science

Discipline(s) – Medical Lab Assistant

Hours – Monday to Friday, 9-5

 

Info – Our client is one of the UK's largest private healthcare providers and they are looking for a medical lab assistant to join their histology lab.

 

Duties and responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Histology reception desk, general lab duties, mircotomy and assisting in dissection. You will also be dealing with patients face to face and over the phone, as well as a number of varied administration tasks such as data input of patient information, filing and mail.

 

Who we're looking for

You will be a dedicated team player with the ability to work well under pressure. Though not essential it would be desirable you have a background in administration and experience working in a clinical environment.

 

 

Requirements:

* DBS

* Valid visa/passport
